Bike: 2.03 miles in 8:14 Just a leisurely ride.
Run (Treadmill): 0.5 miles in 5:53 I know I’m slow… I just wanted a few minutes on the treadmill after my two miles on the bike.
Swim: 100 yards in 4:08
