		<description>Dude, why the legumes which are known to contain antinutrients etc? And why dairy when you seriously want/need to lose weight. I fooled my self for a long time including dairy into my diet and not making much progress fat loss -wise. Cutting dairy had a significant impact. Just try 30 days without and then think whether you really wanna include it... Still, congrats on getting back on track!</description>
