Whenever I watch parkour vids, I’m impressed by the level of fitness these kids show, but I’m just amazed by their body and positional awareness.

And with this video, in particular, you could tell that those kids were having a blast…

This is just so sick! I’ve been fascinated with it since I first saw it. If I didn’t have so many totally beat up joints, I so be trying to be like these guys! LOL

Check out bicycle and motorcycle trails riding too. Also very cool.
